County Thatch

We have developed our own policy, County Thatch, to cover buildings, contents and valuables of thatched residential buildings for both owner- occupied and let properties. County Insurance services are well-established providers of thatched property insurance, having run our own scheme for over 15 years. Not only is our policy available direct to thatched property owners, we can also provide policies wholesale to other Insurance Brokers, appointed agents or introducers, providing commission when the policy is incepted and at renewal time.

Our County Home policy provides cover for buildings, contents and valuables of standard and non-standard construction residential buildings such as timber-framed houses, listed buildings, prestige properties, barn conversions and holiday homes, whether they are professionally let or owner-occupied.
