County welcomes two new starters to the Business department
County Insurance Services Ltd is pleased to announce that Leah Francis & Sean Smythe have joined our business department as Account Handlers.
Leah joins County having previously worked for a legal practice dealing with motor claims then on behalf of managing general agents for liability claims. Her most recent position was working in Insurance broking.
Sean previously worked for NFU Mutual before working for other business insurance brokers, specialising in financial lines of insurance including Cyber liability and Management liability.
After her first month, Leah said: “Insurance broking is definitely more suited to the way I work. My time in claims has given me a great grounding in insurance and I look forward to working with County’s clients.”
She added: “I’m hoping I can enthuse colleagues with my culinary creations too!”
Having worked closely with Mark Harding, Commercial Executive at County, for the last month Sean said: “County has been a great move for me. I’m not that far from completing my CII Diploma and can’t wait to meet new business clients.”
He added: “If ever you fancy a game of tennis, just get in touch!”
Tim Sydenham, Director at County, comments on their joining: “We were delighted to find such a high calibre of applicants for the new roles and are pleased that Sean and Leah are settling in well. We’re confident their addition to the team will help boost our proposition of being a local, independent and specialist broker and encourage further client engagement.”
County would like to wish them every success in their new roles.
