As home-owners, car-owners and frequent travellers, we have been clients of County Insurance Services since 2003. From day one we have experienced the most efficient and friendly service from the company and Suzanne Taylor in particular. Having to deal with insurance can be a nightmare, but County Insurance Services turn it into a pleasure. All other service providers could learn a lot from this extremely well run company.
The fire was an extremely traumatic experience. Thankfully nobody was hurt, but our production facilities were completely destroyed. As an established business with customers relying on us, it was imperative for us to be up and running as quickly as possible. It was a difficult time but County Insurance Services couldn’t have been more helpful. Their annual onsite review had ensured the business was not under-insured. They were able to expedite the claim on our behalf, whilst our business interruption protection allowed us to retain staff onsite during the rebuild. Our replacement facilities went up very quickly, which enabled us to retain customers and will allow us to expand our operations in the future. An event like this would surely have closed us down for good had we not been properly insured in all aspects of the business. I’m extremely relieved that things have turned out so well.
Insurance is a substantial cost for a growing, independent business like ours. County Insurance Services were recommended to us back in 2012. The Account Executive took the time to come and see us, listened to what we wanted and talked us through the detail. We ultimately chose their policy based on their competitive premium and level of professionalism. Having recently completed an annual review we have renewed our relationship with County Insurance Services for another year. This decision was based on their level of flexibility, the quality of the service offering and another competitive premium. We still deal with our original Account Executive and this level of continuity is ensuring we get maximum business value from the relationship.
May I express my appreciation at the way in which the claim for my wedding ring has been resolved. People are always ready to complain (me included!) when things are not handled in an efficient manner so I believe I should congratulate you in this instance.
